RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s) to alert us of damage or fit issue of the item(s) in regular price. You can email us at wecare@rubberbandstretch.com.
Rubberband only accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise. Items should be returned in the same condition with tags attached.
Exchanges are free. A $6 restocking fee will be deducted when requesting a refund.
SHIP YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be processed.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that will include any tracking information available.
